Kris helped my husband and I on two journeys. First she helped us find a great home to rent while we finished closing up our lives in Illinois. Then she helped us navigate the communities to find our forever home. Going through listings and viewing properties was very much like collaborating with a great friend; a great friend with a wealth of knowledge! We had never rented a house before, having lived in our home in Illinois for nearly 30 years. I was beyond happy that i entrusted her with our needs and price points. She made the process easy, and there was never a doubt that she was in our corner with all negotiations. After closing on our Illinois home sale, and close to the end of our lease, we of course reached out to Kris again to find our forever home. Just as before, she made the process as easy as she could. It was a longer journey to find our forever home, but Kris assured us we'd find it. She was so right. My testimony here does not do justice to how wonderful Kris is. Her confidence truly bolstered us when our search dragged on. She was also the ultimate Mama Bear, helping us navigate different HOA rules/regs and negotiating with sellers brokers on our behalf. I know my husband and I would not have found our new home without Kris. 5 stars really isn't enough for all she has done for us from the beginning, to our closing, and even afterwards. I recommend Kris to everyone. She truly is the best.
